		<description>Hello Line,

I am a Ugandan currently studying in Belgium.

I read your blog after a friend told me about it. I find your analysis of the district governance issues-as a son of the district and a former district employee- to be right on the spot! You vividly capture the issues and made me get the feel as if i were in Apac.

Apac will not develope unless there is a total overhaul of the district leadership both the elected and the appointed officials and there are some &#039;unholly alliance&#039;s between the civil servants and the politicians. The ultimate loosers have been and will be the poor rural peasantry communities.

Just keep the Blog moving. And as they say in this part of the world: Dank you well.

		<description>Hello!

I came across your blog during my research on Apac. I am an American journalist who is coming to the area at the beginning of the year and would love to talk to you more about Apac before I arrive.
